Make your own! All you need for Halloween masks for dolls is some heavy paper or light cardboard, black elastic cord, a hand paper punch or stapler and some trimmings and glue.
Make a pattern first. Fold a small rectangle of paper in half. Measure how far apart your dolls eyes are, across the bridge of her nose, from the inside of each eye and the outside of each eye to its opposite. On the folded paper, mark half the distance between the inside eyes. Then mark where the outside of the eye will fall. Draw an oval that connects these dots and punch a hole in the center of the oval. Use sharp pointed scissors to cut from the hole out around the ovals. Hold the rectangle up to the doll's face and see if you got the eye placement right. Make adjustments as necessary by folding the center (if the eye holes are too far apart) or cutting the eye holes bigger. When the doll can look through her mask, draw a pretty shape around the outside. Fold the mask in half again and cut around the outside shape. Now you have a pattern to trace around for the real masks.
You can easily change the outside shape of the mask -- add cat's eye slanted edges, make the mask into two triangles, etc. Trace your basic mask onto the card stock or light cardboard you're using and then cut out around the outside. Use the paper punch technique to cut out the eye holes. Use the paper punch to cut holes for the elastic at each end of the mask.
Now you can decorate your mask. Draw interesting designs with colored markers. Glue on sequins. Staple feathers to it. You can use fabric s*c*r*a*ps, fur s*c*r*a*ps, even glue macaroni around the edges and paint it gold! When you're happy with it, let it dry. Then put one end of elastic cord through one of the holes and tie it. Put the mask on the doll's face and measure how much elastic you need to get to the other end of the mask, plus the extra to tie it. To protect the mask from ripping on the ends, you can stick notebook page reinforcements to the back of each hole.
